Evan Witnesses an "International Incident" Averted

Our ship (USS Blue Ridge) mooring in Vladivostok around May 2010...The CO, Pilot and Tuggers did a great job! If you look at the ladder rungs on the Slava (The Class of Destoyer of which we were mooring against) I don't think we would have been the first to have a "hull to hull" engagement.
