Russia - key for Fatoma Era of Peace

When is the Era of Peace? Before or after the antichrist and the Great Tribulation? Whatever your interpretation is, the promise of Virgin Mary the Mother of God is clear: Russia is the key for the mankind to enter the Era of Peace. I understand it as before the Great Trib, otherwise it matches with the Millennium that has some troubles - and the first is that Our Lady doesn't speak of that in Fatima.
