Over the Edge of the Known World by Emil West [09:09]
There is a sense of examining how we got to where we are with our understanding of war in 1941 and where we were to go with it into the future. And its the prospects for the future that make major conflicts so exciting and the thing I had forgotten through not having been to one for more than a few years now. There is that sense of being led not just to the cutting edge of battle but encouraged to peer over that edge at what might be coming next. While the view of the near future might not always be perfectly clear, one thing that few if any would deny is that the cutting edge of the Blitzkrieg has moved a long way from the school or even undergraduate, military textbook version. A very long way.

See all the sights while cruising on the Moscow (Russia) River! [09:11]
Excuse the loud wind - it was a windy day & excuse the Kremlin & Red Square are omitted - because its illegal to photograph Government buildings here. On the bright side - the sky was so beautiful it's hard to believe this whole river sometimes freezes during winter! Thanks to everyone who encouraged me to put up my video - it took 38 years + one afternoon to make. I guess we all have a movie and a book inside of us, the hard part is finding people who care enough to share it with.

While in Russia this year, Jared created a little montage of his time there with the videos that he took. Please feel free to leave some comments about it :) Sorry about the poor video work, just got the camera so we are still trying to fully figure it out and use it to the best!
