На второй день (8 мая 2012г.) традиционного (восьмого) велопробега "Солнце на спицах" из Чебоксары в Аликовский район велосипедисты посетили Парк 45 летия Победы в с.Илгышево, где участвовали в митинге и возложении цветов к памятнику павшим на фронтах Великой Отечественной войны воинам. On the second day (May 8, 2012) of the traditional (eighth) cycling race "Sunny Spokes" (from Cheboksary to Allikovo region) the cyclists visited the Park of the 45th anniversary of the Victory in the Ilgyševo village, where they participated at the solemn meeting and laid flowers to the monument, dedicated to those soldiers who perished at the front of the Great Patriotic War.

Продолжается велопробег "Солнце на спицах" из Новочебоксарска и Чебоксары (Чувашия) в честь Дня Победы - 67 ой годовщины в Аликовский район на два дня - 7 и 8 мая 2012года. Это уже ВОСЬМОЙ велопробег, и их смысл в том, чтобы никогда не забывать о погибших на войне, и пусть каждый год велосипедисты посещают памятные места, чтобы "вечный огонь" всегда горел, также и на наших спицах. The "Sunny Spokes" cycling race is going on, from Cheboksary/Novocheboksarsk (Chuvash Republic) to Alikovo region in honor of the Second World War veterans - 67th anniversary of the Victory/ This is a two days trip May 7 and 8 2012. This is already the EIGHTH cycling race, and it means that we should never forget about those who died in war, and let each year cyclists visit memorable places to support " The eternal Light", and also on our spokes.

The Ride of All Rides! It begins in China when a dozen motorcyclists lead by Photojournalist and Adventurer, Helge Pedersen, set out from Shanghai to ride across the largest landmass on the planet. They head north through the densely populated cites of China, crossing the Great Wall and doing battle with the elements, mechanical breakdowns and non-existent roads. Crossing the border from Inner Mongolia into Russia, they head west across the vast Siberian Taiga, riding thousands of miles across eight Russia time zones, the expanses covered with endless forest, scattered with isolated pockets of people hardened from the harsh conditions. Russia's Ural Mountains serve as the gateway into Europe and the Black Sea, and a fascinating pit stop at the remote Ural motorcycle factory in Irbit. Through the green rolling hills and post-Soviet shadows of the Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia, the riders finally arrive in Munich, Germany, having traveled 65 days and 11000 miles. A dozen GlobeRiders are elated and filled with a new sense of themselves, their accomplishments, and the remarkable world they live in.
