I had arranged a 12 person, 2 day tour with SPB Tours for $195/person to show us St. Petersburg. So, on May 28, 2011, the Celebrity Constellation docked in St. Petersburg. This was the part of the trip I was most looking forward to! Mom, Martha, Nancy, John, Kathy and I met up with our fellow passengers and disembarked for our Russian experience!

Up periscope and target a ferry docked at the Port of Seattle! This Foxtrot class submarine b39 was commissioned in 1974 with a home port of Vladivostok. She had a 20 year career prowling the Artic, Pacific and Indian oceans and also the Pacific coast of North America.
