This march occurred in the Kremlin in Moscow in July 2011. Towards the end of the video if you pay close attention you'll see a Chinese tourist runs out in front of the marching troupe to take photos. You can hear the whistle of the Kremlin guard as the video comes to a close. Afterwards the guard took him by the shoulder and escorted him off.
