Five killed as plane crash-lands in eastern Ukraine [01:20]
Five people were killed when a plane carrying football fans attempted an emergency landing and caught fire in the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk. The Antonov AN-24 plane was on an internal charter flight from the Black Sea resort of Odessa, with more than 40 people on board. It overshot the runway at Donetsk airport. Most of those on board escaped as the plane caught fire. Beth McLeod reports.

2003 Russia St Petersburg -1, GWC Pipe Band Зенит Санкт-Петербург [20:20]
In 2003, George Watson's College were invited to send their PIpe Band to St Petersburg in Russia to be part of the 300th anniversary celebrations of the founding of the city by Peter the Great in 1703. This video is a record of some of this trip, remembering pupils who played in the band and many fond memories of an extraordinary city. The band played in front of a large football crowd at a home game for FC Zenit (Футбольный клуб «Зенит») who appreciated a different style of music to which they are, perhaps, more accustomed. The video also shows footage in and around the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul. This was an immense cultural and educational visit. Our memories of a wonderful city and its people will last forever. The video quality is not as good as we can manage today. This was extracted from tape and some distortion can occur.
