Operation 365 - Jefferson Jay - Archives - 298 Don Truesdail "The Traveller's Lament 10-27-08 So, we a rewinding into the home stretch on the 365 here now. These clips here are some of the most important ones we have left so I hope you enjoy them as much as I will. I wrote my Master's Thesis on the history of the Athenaeum Music & Arts Library in La Jolla, CA. The Athenaeum, as it is familiarly known, goes back to the late 1800's when white folks first settle s La Jolla. Native Americans had been there earlier but they were relocated by an executive order of President Ulysses Grant in 1875. The Athenaeum's history is a fascinating story that I enjoyed writing. The Athenaeum has been almost entirely run and operated by women in its distinguished past. There is much more to it. You can go take my thesis out of the San Diego State library if you really want to know more. After I finished my thesis, I reached out to Erika Torri, Executive Director, and approached her about doing an concert series, spotlighting the incredible acoustic musicians of San Diego. To this point, they had primarily featured jazz and chamber music in their beautiful music space. Erika was open to this idea and The Acoustic Evenings with Jefferson Jay series was offered twice. Данное видео представляет из себя фрагмент битвы Canon 550D (он же Rebel T2i он же Kiss X4) с Генералом Морозом. Помимо того была предпринята попытка запечатлеть сам полигон, он же родные просторы. Температура за бортом "-15C". Испытание прошло успешно (уважаемые остряки, батареи хватило не на 8 минут, а на гораздо большее время. Точную цифру в данный момент вычисляют британские ученые). При съёмке были использованы объективы: EF-S18-55IS и EF-S55-250IS. Штатив никоим образом участие не принимал, за что ему отдельное "спасибо". Место действия: демократическая Россия- окрестности безымянной Йошкар-Олы, республика Марий Эл. Вступительная музыка: Хорошавин Олег. Спасибо за просмотр. This video is the part of the battle between Canon 550D (aka Rebel T2i aka Kiss X4) with the General Frost. Also it was an attempt to capture the battlefield (aka mother Russia). Overboard temperature is about 59F. Experiment was ended with a pretty good result (dear pranksters, one battery is enough to shoot more than 8 mins. British scientist are calculating the accurate number). "EF-S18-55 IS" and "EF-S55-250 IS" were used during the shooting. Unfortunately tripod couldn`t participate at this party.
