Novokuznetsk - A city in under 10 minutes [08:21]

I do not own the music. The city was founded in 1618 by Cossacks, growing greatly after Stalin's industrialization which helped it build the nation's largest coal mines and steel plants. With a population of over 548000, the city harbors many post-secondary Universities for both engineering and medicine. The city also has nationally-acclaimed hockey and rugby teams, and has many municipal transportation systems in place. I guess if you want to know from first hand experience, it's a great city but does have it's flaws just like any big city. Crime is obviously big in certain regions, and you can sense the smog from the city's steel mill throughout the region. However if you drive out by 30 minutes it's easy to find cottage country and many other natural landscape features.

Высший пилотаж красного коршуна в Тверской области -Средних размеров птица длиной 61-72 см, размахом крыльев 175—200 см и весом 900—1400 г. Голова и шея бледно-серые. Глаза янтарного цвета, с жёлтыми пятнышками вокруг них, слегка скрытые. Клюв в основании жёлтый, на конце тёмно-серый или чёрный, острый, на конце загнут вниз. Тело изящное. Крылья длинные, при парении вытянуты V-образно. Хвост длинный, с вилкообразной выемкой, часто изгибается. Оперение тела, верхней части хвоста и кроющих перьев крыльев рыжевато-коричневое, с тёмными продольными на грудке. Маховые перья первого порядка белые с чёрными окончаниями. Маховые перья второго порядка тёмно-серые. Ноги ярко-жёлтые, иногда хорошо заметны с земли во время полёта.-- Flight of the Red Kite over my home in the Tver region in Russia The Red Kite is 60--66 cm (24-27 in) long with a 175--195 cm wingspan; males have a weight of 800--1200 g, and females 1000--1300 g It is an elegant bird, soaring with long wings held at a dihedral, and long forked tail twisting as it changes direction. Apart from the weight difference, the sexes are similar, but juveniles have a buff breast and belly. The call is a thin piping, similar to but less mewling than the Common Buzzard. Via della Neve Quadrelle (AV) [04:00]
L'itinerario dell'escursione comprende il passaggio sul Ponte Acquaserta a quota 440m SLM la visita alla grotta O' Cafurt a quota 620m SLM per poi proseguire lungo il Vallone Acquaserta passando per località Acqua della Tufarola a quota 1000m SLM si raggiunge Rifugio Vallefredda a quota 1021m SLM Dopo una breve sosta ci si incammina per il sentiero del ritorno passando in primo luogo in localita Pretaruola a quota 106...1m SLM poi per località Acqua Palumbo a quota 740m SLM e infine di nuovo per il Ponte Acquaserta. La rete sentieristica utilizzata dalla nostra gente,nel proprio vivere quotidiano,quando l'economia era contraddistinta dalla vita rurale, dall'antichità fino alla fine della seconda guerra mondiale,ma ancora fino al 1960 con l'avvento anche in questa area montana,del boom economico italiano,per sfumare pian piano fin a spegnersi quasi del tutto durante gli anni "70 la nostra gente trovava sostentamento nei boschi con legname da costruire e riscaldamento,dai prati lo sfalcio per alimentare il bestiame,dai campi principalmente con la coltivazione di patate e tanti altri prodotti ortofrutticoli e dai pascoli monticazione estiva del bestiame distribuiti sul territorio. E il sentiero ,semplice quanto fondamentale segno dell'uomo,costituiva la via attraverso cui l'uomo,ed i beni da esso ricavati tramite il proprio lavoro,si muovevano sul territorio.
