Nature of Russia [12:47]
Here I have made another video about Russia. This time it explores the areas that I dared not really look much into in my last video. It explores the winter, the mountains, forests, rivers and lakes, the towns, the countryside, the deserts and steppes and of course...the beaches (though Russia isn't really known for their beaches I thought it would make a great addition). Keep in mind that I am not a professional movie maker, so if it looks a little silly (which I know that some of this dialogue might be), then don't be surprised! For this movie, I was originally going to put the winter photos in my other video on Russia, but decided later to put them in this one instead. After looking up most of the republics, regions and towns in Russia, I come to the conclusion that Russia is really rather a lovely country and deserves to have more visitors and more people to look into maybe traveling the countryside and mountains if not the big cities. However, I suggest before going into the countryside and the mountains, to talk about vaccinations recommendations from your doctor. Anyways, try to guess where I found some of these images, and if you can guess with regions or republics these images are located in!

Part 1 An early surprise at Suntar River [08:45]
Part 1 of 15 videos of the first solo decent of the Indigirka River, during a combined kayak- mountaineering expedition into the far east of Siberia. That first day I was paddling down the Suntar River, which mounds into the Indigirka 50 kilometers from my starting point. Then, completely unexpected, something went almost terribly wrong.
