Acerca del artista: Vladimir Gusev nació en 1957. Graduado de la Estatal de Moscú Artístico del Instituto de Surikov. Un miembro de la Unión de Artistas Rusos. Una constante participación en las exposiciones de arte y subastas, que se celebró en Francia desde 1996. 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 - un participación en las exposiciones colectivas en la Galería Durán, Madrid, España. La música tradicional rusa que la mayoría de la gente conoce es la del Occidente y los instrumentos que hacen tan bellos ritmos y melodías folklóricas son la inconfundible "balalaika" (una peculiar "guitarra triangular" de diversos tamaños), el "vladimirskii rojok" (una pequeña "trompetilla"), el "lojki" (unas "cucharas de madera" utilizadas como instrumentos de percusión), el "gousli" (el instrumento de cuerdas más tradicional de Rusia), la "jaleika" (un pequeño instrumento de viento que era tradicionalmente utilizada por los pastores en la región de Tver), el "bayan" (mejor conocido como el "acordeón de Europa Occiental"), la "guitarra rusa" (un peculiar instrumento de siete cuerdas), sólo por mencionar algunos. Pero Rusia va más allá de una bella "wolga" y todos estos instrumentos de las regiones occidentales.
